I established The Search Factory in 2008, to provide my clients with dedicated executive search advisory and research.

My twenty + years of experience has led me to close over 400 searches in large variety of sectors : finance, IT, e-business, retail, industry, healthcare, ... I combine a rigorous methodology with a sharp understanding of client's issues. No topic is too complex, no geography is too exotic.

I am also the developer of a training program for executive search consultants and researchers. I have trained teams from over 15 leading search firms in France and abroad.
